High School Parents, We will be making up the PSAT and NMSQT tests tomorrow morning. All 9-11 grade students will need to be at the school in the morning. Please be sure to have your students charge their Chromebooks tonight. Thank you, Mr. Bielfeldt

Senior Parents, We are planning on rescheduling our testing of 9-11 grade students for Thursday morning. We are allowing seniors to come in late since all of our teachers will be proctoring the tests. Senior students should report to school at 10:40 AM. If you student is an ECCA or co-op student, he/she will need to follow their regular schedule. If your student rides the bus and does not have transportation for this late start, he/she can come to the school at the regular time and stay in the library until testing is over. GCMS High School will host a Financial Aid Parent Night on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at 5:45pm in the library. A member of the Illinois Student Assistance Commission will be presenting information to help simplify the financial aid process and answer any questions. This presentation covers college costs, types of financial aid, how to apply for financial aid, financial aid award packages, and other important information. With changes to the FAFSA this year there will likely be helpful information even for those who have gone through this process before. This event is open to both junior and senior parents.
